CONTRACT TYPE: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full Time
LOCATION: Flexible (London or Birmingham preferable)
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £29,300 - £39,000 per annum depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

You’ll play a key operational role within the BBC’s Leadership Development team, working at pace to ensure that all managers develop the skills, knowledge and mindset to lead themselves, their teams and the BBC.
You’ll be working with leaders at all levels across the BBC, supporting them to reach their potential and deliver the BBC’s strategic and cultural ambitions.
As aSenior Learning Advisor,you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, ensuring leadership programmes and resources are scheduled and coordinated seamlessly, all while keeping an eye on costs. You'll be the captain of efficiency, ensuring that every task aligns perfectly with our goals.

WHY JOIN THE TEAM
This role supports the delivery of the BBC’s Leadership Development Portfolio and internal events by managing logistics, scheduling, and communications. Responsibilities include setting up courses on the Learning Management System, coordinating virtual and in-person sessions, handling supplier payments, and providing on-site support. The role requires budget tracking and ensuring a seamless experience for trainers and participants.
