Job summary

Polypipe Building Services, part of the Genuit Group, seeks a Senior Lean Practitioner to lead continuous improvement across manufacturing, warehousing and support functions in a dynamic setting. You will apply lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques to identify and deliver sustainable improvements, reduce waste and boost performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Lean or continuous improvement projects.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events and managing stakeholders.
• Mentoring or coaching others to develop lean capability.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify improvements.
• Experience delivering training in Lean tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, warehousing and support functions.
• Plan, facilitate and lead Kaizen workshops and improvement events.
• Support structured problem solving including root cause analysis.
• Assist with rollout and development of the Genuit Business System (GBS) across the site.
• Monitor, measure and report on CI activities with benefits tracked.
• Coach others in lean principles to build workforce capability.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by engaging employees at all levels.
