Job summary

Polypipe Building Services in Aylesford is seeking a Senior Lean Practitioner to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, warehousing and support functions. You will lead Kaizen events, coach teams and embed lean techniques to reduce waste and boost performance.

The role supports the rollout of the Genuit Business System (GBS) and requires strong facilitation, data analysis and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable benefits site-wide.
