Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a Leakage Detection Senior Operative to monitor and protect water networks across its operations. You will carry out leakage surveys, operate data loggers and leak noise tools, and help drive urgent repairs with the Leakage Detection Team Lead.

You'll work nights as required, support DMA management, and contribute to KPI reporting while promoting health and safety across field teams. A driving licence is essential and experience in water leakage is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in leak detection and water network surveys.
• Ability to interpret GIS data for leakage analysis.
• Strong health and safety awareness and policies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out leakage surveys and DMAs supervision.
• Operate leakage detection equipment and data-loggers.
• Isolate and re-commission network sections safely.
• Maintain vehicles and machinery per policies.
• Support data collection for KPI reporting.
