SLT Position in a School

Are you an experienced middle leader or an aspiring Deputy Head teacher ready to take the next step in school leadership?

Academics are working closely with a Head Teacher of a secondary school in Dartford who are seeking a dedicated SLT professional to join their team on a temporary basis for terms 5 and 6, supporting their students and staff to achieve excellence. This would be both a great opportunity and good experience for someone ready to transition into a more senior role within a school.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): To work as a teacher in the UK or significant teaching experience in the UK.
• A passion for education: Above all, you must LOVE teaching, supporting staff and shaping the school's future. You will be hands‑on and actively involved in shaping the school's culture alongside the SLT team.
• A forward‑thinking leader: You will be someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, challenging environment and is always striving for continuous improvement in all areas of school life.
