Moorlands Primary School in Mount is seeking an outstanding, highly motivated and ambitious primary leader to join our dedicated team and drive continuing school improvement.

The successful candidate will lead with passion, collaborate with governors and staff, and uphold our community-focused ethos. Visits to the school site are encouraged; deadlines and interview dates are published in the notices.

Moorlands is a large, modern primary school at the heart of the community in Mount. Our pupils are enthusiastic, polite, and caring and the school has friendly and supportive staff, Governors, and parents. We offer excellent professional development opportunities.

We currently wish to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated, and ambitious primary leader to join our excellent team at Moorlands Primary School.

Deadline for applications is 9am on 16th October.

We will then look to notify shortlisted candidates via the My New Term portal, with lesson observations taking place the week commencing 19th October, then following the observation we will shortlist the candidates for a formal interview on the 21st October 2026.
