Job summary

Moorlands Primary School in West Bromwich is seeking two Dinner Supervisors who are energetic, positive and calm to join our friendly team. You will organise games and activities in the playground linked to OPAL to engage children and supervise dinner times in the hall and playground.

Successful applicants will be effective communicators with young people, reinforce school expectations, and provide a positive role model.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with children in a school or activity setting.
• Ability to supervise groups and lead activities in a safe environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with young people and adults.

We are seeking two Dinner supervisors, who are energetic, positive and calm to join our friendly team who can organise games and activities linked to OPAL to engage children and supervise dinner times working in the hall and playground.

Successful applicants will:

• organise games and activities on the playground that engages children and develop their social and games skills
• be effective communicators with young people and a positive role model
• have the confidence to reinforce school expectations whilst forming positive relationships with adults & children.
• have the necessary confidence and patience
• support children in the dining hall
• be energetic, physically active, fun and demonstrate positive play skills and interaction with our children.
