Job summary

KIMS Hospital Group seeks an exceptional Director of HR & People to lead the people agenda across the Group, spanning KIMS, Lyca Health and OES brands. You will join the Senior Leadership Team, shaping HR strategy to support business growth and outstanding patient care.

You will develop a modern people function, ensure governance and compliance, and drive leadership capability across multi-site healthcare operations. A pivotal role in growing the organisation and shaping its people strategy.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with strategic and operational capability.
• Healthcare experience is highly advantageous.
• CIPD Level 7 or willingness to commence during first 24 months in post.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a forward-thinking Group HR & People strategy aligned to growth and priorities.
• Act as trusted adviser to Hospital Director, SLT and Board on complex people matters.
• Champion culture, values and behaviours; develop leaders across the organisation.
• Lead people strategy through organisational change, restructures, acquisitions and TUPE.
• Maintain robust people governance and compliance, including right to work and DBS checks.
• Oversee PeopleXD HR system and people data for informed decision-making.
• Lead and develop the HR & People team to be high-performing and collaborative.
