Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Practitioner – RN or ODP.
• Extensive post-registration clinical theatre experience in acute, NHS or independent sector.
• Postgraduate clinical/leadership qualification and senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across theatres, endoscopy and sterile services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote infection prevention and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop teams with clear accountability and effective change management.
• Collaborate with consultants and senior leaders to identify opportunities for service development and growth.
