Job summary

The Sheiling Ringwood invites applications for Deputy Principal of Integrated Learning, overseeing School, College, Residential and Health & Therapy services in Ringwood, Hampshire. This senior leadership role requires extensive experience in specialist SEND provision, curriculum development, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

Permanent, 35 hours per week, £85,000–£95,000 gross per annum. Start date as soon as possible, with interviews in October 2026.

Qualifications

Senior educational leader with significant experience within specialist SEND provision.
Expertise in curriculum development, quality improvement, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to build strong relationships with staff, families, Trustees, commissioners, regulators and external partners.
Focus on improving outcomes for children and young people.
Experience across education, residential care and therapeutic support.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across School, College, Residential and Health & Therapy services.
Lead the integrated learning offer to deliver outstanding outcomes, innovation and quality.
Build strong relationships with staff, families, Trustees, commissioners and regulators.
Contribute to organisational development within a values-led environment.
