Job summary

The Sheiling Ringwood in Ringwood, Hampshire, is seeking a Deputy Principal of Operations. This senior leadership post governs Finance, Facilities, HR, IT, compliance and governance.

The role collaborates with the Principal and another Deputy Principal to keep the organisation sustainable, compliant and innovative. You will bring extensive experience in complex organisations, leading people and managing risk to ensure excellent outcomes for children and young people.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• Experience providing strategic oversight in multiple domains (finance, facilities, HR, IT, compliance).
• Ability to build relationships with staff, Trustees and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Finance, Facilities, HR, IT, compliance and governance.
• Work closely with the Principal and Deputy Principal of Integrated Learning to ensure sustainability and compliance.
• Lead operational teams and drive performance to support life-changing outcomes for students.
