Job summary

The Sheiling Ringwood seeks a dynamic Deputy Principal of Integrated Learning to provide strategic leadership across School, College, Residential and Health & Therapy services. You will shape an ambitious, values‑led learning offer and drive outcomes for children and young people with complex needs.

You will establish strong partnerships with families, Trustees, commissioners and regulators, and oversee curriculum development, safeguarding and regulatory compliance across the holistic provision.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in specialist SEND provision.
• Proven track record in curriculum development and quality improvement.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory requirements and multi-disciplinary leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across School, College, Residential and Health & Therapy services.
• Drive an integrated learning offer to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people with complex needs.
• Lead safeguarding, quality improvement and regulatory compliance across the provision.
• Build strong relationships with staff, families, Trustees, commissioners and external regulators.
