Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic work around behaviour, attendance, safeguarding, inclusion and student support.
• Create a culture of Respect where every student feels valued, safe and able to learn.
• Drive Engagement so students attend regularly, participate fully and enjoy school.
• Raise Aspiration and help every young person achieve their potential.
• Remove barriers to learning and secure equity for all students.
• Shape the future strategic direction of the school as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
