Job summary

Queen Elizabeth High School in Hexham invites a strategic leader to join the Senior Leadership Team. You will lead behaviour, safeguarding and inclusion, shape school culture and drive attendance and aspiration to raise outcomes for every pupil.

You will inspire colleagues through collaboration and high expectations, develop staff wellbeing, and leave a lasting legacy in a high‑performing, values‑driven community dedicated to Respect, Engage and Aspire.
