Job summary

GSK is seeking a senior professional to coordinate and execute the external Real World Data (RWD) partnerships within Translational and Development Sciences. You will drive data access, analysis and evidence generation to maximise scientific value, supporting RWD as a strategic enabler for decision making and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or quantitative field (Epidemiology, Biostatistics, HEOR, data science preferred).
• Experience in data strategy ownership and execution across complex cross-functional organisations.
• Strong leadership to mobilise stakeholders toward common goals.
• Experience with RWD sources across geographies and health data landscapes.
• Exceptional portfolio project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RWD partnerships and expand capabilities, linking data assets across regions.
• Oversee data access, analysis and evidence generation to support RWD ambition.
• Collaborate with Translational Sciences, Medical Affairs and data offices on data strategy.
• Guide pipeline strategy and data product roadmap with RWD Engineering.
• Represent RWD in governance forums and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
