Job summary

GSK seeks a Director, Real World Data Strategy and External Partnerships Lead to orchestrate strategic external data collaborations influencing R&D and CPO. You will work with clinical, medical, and RWE leaders to define value-driven partnerships, govern data assets, and ensure compliant AI-ready data delivery across platforms.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or quantitative field.
• Proven data strategy ownership and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with Real World Data (RWD) and external partnerships.
• Understanding of regulatory and payer guidance for RWD use.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver RWD partnerships with strategic purpose across assets and therapy areas.
• Develop relationships with senior leaders and provide strategic updates on partnerships.
• Steward data assets, metadata, and FAIR data practices for analysis and AI-ready use.
• Oversee governance and compliance across data platforms and external collaborations.
• Champion linkage opportunities with translational cohorts and biobanks where possible.
• Drive external partnerships with data holders, academia, and health systems.
