Job summary

GSK is seeking a senior leader to coordinate our Real World Data (RWD) strategy and partnerships across global stakeholders. You will drive data access, governance, and evidence generation to support translational research and portfolio growth.

The role requires advanced degrees, extensive experience in RWD, and the ability to align internal and external data assets with GSK’s scientific and clinical objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong track record of owning and delivering data strategy in drug development.
• Experience leading data partnerships across multiple geo regions and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mobilise cross-functional teams toward common goals.
• Excellent communication and portfolio management skills in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead above-disease area RWD partnerships and expand data capabilities.
• Drive data governance and KPI tracking for partnerships and data value.
• Coordinate with Translational Sciences, Medical Affairs and data offices on data strategy.
• Guide data product roadmaps and data access for RWD initiatives.
