Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking a Senior Lead Practitioner for a 12-month maternity cover at Garrowhill Nursery. The role is 40 hours per week at £14.20 per hour, with benefits including PVG/SSSC registration paid, paid leave, and various staff discounts.

You will assist the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager, supervise staff, ensure regulatory standards, and maintain high-quality care while building strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be level 3 qualified or above in correlation to government guidelines.
• Current Qualified Practitioner in Early Years is advantageous.
