You will contribute directly to production code and mentor engineers. You will translate client and financial workflows into reliable software, lead through technical contribution and ensure security, performance and operational stability in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Java/JVM, API, distributed-systems and data-modelling skills.
• Experience delivering scalable client-facing applications with robust integrations.
• Proven ability to translate client and financial workflows into software solutions.
• Public GitHub repositories or substantial open-source contributions.
• Cloud-native experience on AWS or comparable platform with automated delivery & observability.

Responsibilities
