Job summary

Sodexo Group in Altrincham is seeking a Senior Lead Chef to lead planning, coordination and delivery of hospitality events at the school campus. You will manage conferences, functions, sports teas and match teas, delivering exceptional service to guests and stakeholders.

You will build strong client and team relationships, supervise event logistics, health and safety, and ensure compliance with food safety standards while coaching hospitality staff to maintain high standards.

• Proven hospitality and event management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of hospitality events, conferences, functions, sports teas, and match teas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for guests, clients, and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure expectations are exceeded; manage event logistics, resources, stock and equipment.
• Lead, coach and motivate hospitality teams to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, safeguarding and company procedures.
