Job summary

Sodexo Group in Altrincham is seeking a Senior Lead Chef to oversee planning, coordination and delivery of hospitality events. You will lead teams, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and manage logistics for conferences, sports teas and functions.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of hospitality events, conferences, functions, sports teas, and match teas
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for guests, clients, and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded. Manage event logistics, resources, stock, and equipment to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate hospitality teams to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, safeguarding, and company procedures.
