Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages C and C++.
• Experience using enterprise-approved AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Regularly provides technical guidance to support the FICC eTrading business and its teams.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code; reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Drives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and operational processes.
• Acts as a function-wide SME in one or more focus areas.
• Contributes to engineering community by advocating SDLC tools and practices.
