Job description

Who we are

We're bold thinkers and kind teammates, growing fast but staying grounded. Our Nordic roots and global outlook shape a culture of friendliness, creativity, and collaboration, all powered by openness and shared wins. We care deeply about doing the right thing – and doing it together. We aim to improve the flow of goods, time, and energy – and we know we can't shape the future by clinging to the past. So, we keep evolving, together.

What we do

the company Solutions delivers a unified supply chain planning platform for retailers and manufacturers, enabled by proven AI technology. We help companies optimize demand forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, pricing and promotions, supply chain operations, and production planning across the end-to-end value chain.

With a global team of over 2,000 professionals, we work side-by-side with our customers to solve real problems with lasting impact. Companies trust the company to increase product availability, boost sales, deliver actionable insights, improve sustainability, and drive profitable growth. Join us and make an impact on the world and your career!

In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we're looking for experienced Product Engineers to join our Supply Chain product teams: people who thrive at the intersection of customer problems, technical solutions, and business strategy, and who want to own outcomes from discovery through production.

What we need you to do and be

Bring your ideas. Challenge ours. Grow with us.

  • Own requirements end-to-end for your product area, from discovery through UAT and quality assurance, making sure what ships solves the real underlying problem, not just the stated ask.
  • Own your deployed product and iterate fast: manage releases, gather structured customer feedback, and feed it back into the next iteration.
  • Work closely with your Engineering Manager to translate customer needs and usage data into team-level priorities, keeping the roadmap grounded in real outcomes.
  • Act as an industry and product expert in customer-facing settings, pushing back on stated requirements when the evidence points elsewhere, and supporting sales efforts such as scoping and feasibility.
  • Validate that solutions genuinely meet customer expectations through ongoing quality gates and proactive expectation management.
What you'll bring to the table

Our five values are our playbook. We speak up when things don't make sense. We stop doing what doesn't add value. We stay curious, back each other up, and make space for both innovation and laughter.

  • Deep understanding of your customers' day-to-day work, goals, and pain points across an entire product area.
  • Confidence to push back on stated customer needs when evidence points to a different solution, and experience mentoring other Product Engineers.
  • Experience designing solutions to complex problems spanning data, AI/ML, UX, and system integration.
  • Solid software engineering and DevOps skills, building and deploying solutions using the company's existing frameworks.
  • Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • As a bonus, we consider experience working with an international team, plus great communication and organizational skills.
What we offer in return

You’ll be supported and given the space to thrive. We offer meaningful work, flexibility, and a culture that backs you to share your voice and be authentic.

  • An international career and learning opportunities
  • A rapidly growing and financially robust software company with exciting opportunities for career growth, also in the future
  • Flexibility in how and where you work
  • Room to thrive in a fast-growing global company with a good market position
  • Practical benefits that support work, family, wellness, and everyday life
  • Annual leave
  • Diverse, inclusive, and supportive work culture
  • Work that meaningfully reduces waste and improves sustainability
  • Ownership, autonomy and flat hierarchies
  • Two paid volunteering days each year
  • Real leadership development paths, a genuine range of roles across product areas, continued investment in the team, and hands-on exposure to new technologies including agentic engineering

Please note that to be considered for this position, you must be based in one of our office locations and hold a valid work permit for your location. We're excited to connect with applicants who meet these criteria and share our passion to do hard things, trust each other, and build what's next for the product, the planet, and the people.
