In this role, you'll own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for tools that help teams around the world make smarter, faster decisions through our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) teams. • Partner with scientists, engineers, and business leaders to translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive, high-impact products for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) teams.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate and optimize supply chain planning processes, reducing manual effort and improving decision speed and accuracy.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment across engineering, science, operations, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics that guide development teams and measure business impact.
  • Conduct deep dives into customer workflows, pain points, and data to inform product decisions and uncover new automation opportunities.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback from stakeholders worldwide, and iterate rapidly to improve outcomes and expand adoption.
