You will architect an AI-first intelligence hub, transitioning core logic from rules-based to a predictive ML-driven model that anticipates market shifts in real time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.
• Migrating legacy or heuristic systems to ML-driven models.
• Experience with optimization models, probabilistic forecasting, or financial modeling.
• Knowledge of NLP and processing unstructured data in AI systems.
• Ability to lead with a clear why and focus on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Engine: oversee inventory allocation system and evolve into ML platform.
• Lead the ML Transition: collaborate with Supply Chain Operations to automate decision-making.
• Design the Brains: develop ML optimization engines for profitable inventory distribution.
• Build the Future with AI Agents: deploy real-time AI agents to rebalance inventory based on signals.
