Job summary

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 leader for Adult Learning Disabilities to head the South LD hub. You will manage day-to-day operations, provide leadership, and work with multidisciplinary teams across Lincolnshire to deliver high quality, person-centered care.

The role requires strong clinical leadership, governance, and collaboration with partner agencies to drive service improvements within the integrated care system.

Qualifications

• Post-Registration experience in adult LD and mental health settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Learning Disability South hub and provide day-to-day management of the team.
• Demonstrate initiative, drive continuous quality improvement, and build partnerships across agencies.
• Oversee performance monitoring, reporting, and strategic direction for the LD service.
