Job summary

Ramboll UK&I is seeking a Lead Contractor Design Approval Engineer (LCDAE) to lead the design approval process for major transmission and distribution energy projects. You will drive technical delivery, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and foster innovation while maintaining strong client relationships across National Grid, DNOs, and developers.

You will work from Ramboll offices in the UK, with flexibility and occasional site attendance across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CEng or similar accreditation is a plus.
• Experience delivering large transmission & distribution energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Technical delivery of infrastructure to support major Energy projects.
• Leading and managing major infrastructure projects.
• Mentoring and training less experienced colleagues.
• Maintain relationships with clients such as National Grid and DNOs.
