Job summary

McLaren Special Operations (MSO) seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Logistics Operations and New Model Launch Operations team. You will oversee inbound/outbound logistics, stores management and launch readiness to ensure bespoke, heritage and private commissions are manufactured and delivered to the highest standards.

You will drive a robust logistics strategy, develop a high-performing team through KPIs and continuous improvement, and coordinate with central planning for upcoming

• Proven ability to lead a high-performing logistics/launch team.
• Experience managing inbound/outbound logistics and inventory targets.
• Strong understanding of Lean/Six Sigma in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a logistics and launch operations strategy aligned with MSO goals.
• Lead a ~10-person team; drive KPI delivery and continuous improvement.
• Oversee demand planning for Bespoke, Heritage and Special Commission projects.
• Ensure on-time part supply and inventory targets across MSO and MPC.
• Maintain risk management and cross-functional alignment for launch readiness.
