Qualifications

• Master’s in Physics, Optical Engineering, or related field.
• Full product lifecycle experience from concept to production.
• Expertise in waveguide optics.
• Experience integrating precision motion-controlled stages.
• Experience with industrial-grade system integration and supplier engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own system architecture, requirements and detailed design.
• Integrate femtosecond laser sources with precision motion systems, optics, electronics, and machine vision.
• Develop verification plans and test frameworks to turn prototypes into deliverables.
• Collaborate with software, hardware and manufacturing partners to balance photonics, precision mechanics and reliability.
• Guide productisation and roadmap for customer deployment.
