Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Landscape Foreman or Senior Landscaper.
• Strong skills in paving, decking, fencing, groundworks, and general construction.
• Ability to manage teams and motivate staff.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and pride in workmanship.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on‑site landscaping teams.
• Deliver hard and soft landscaping to premium standards.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and daily site tasks.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional working environment.
