Job summary

Our client, a well-established landscaping company, is seeking an experienced skilled landscaper and supervisor to join the team and deliver premium work on high-end private projects across the South East. You will lead on-site activities, manage your workload, and ensure safety and quality are upheld from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-quality landscaping and groundwork.
• Excellent on-site safety awareness and practices.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in approach.
• Full UK driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping to a high standard.
• Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project specifications and deadlines.
• Undertake paving, block work, brick laying, clay paver installation, and groundwork prep.
• Operate landscaping machinery, tools, and equipment safely and competently.
• Take responsibility for personal workload, time management and daily productivity on site.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards at all times.
• Work effectively alongside other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify and resolve practical site issues independently where appropriate.
• Ensure all tools and equipment used are maintained in good working order.

They are seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Landscaper for working on high-end private landscaping projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of landscaping and groundwork tasks to a consistently high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales.

The role requires a motivated individual who can manage their own workload independently, take pride in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and work collaboratively as part of a professional landscaping team.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in high-quality landscaping and groundwork projects
• Strong practical skills across a broad range of landscape construction tasks
• Good understanding of site health & safety practices
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out demanding manual work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in approachStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Full UK driving license preferred
