Job summary

Unico Recruitment London is seeking a Landscape Gardening Team Leader to head a small on-site crew on domestic and commercial projects across Hertfordshire and North London. You will plan daily workloads, supervise hard and soft landscaping tasks, and ensure work meets high standards of quality and safety.

The role requires proven landscape gardening experience, leadership ability, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape gardening.
• Experience leading or supervising a landscaping team.
• CSCS card and relevant landscaping qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers on-site.
• Plan and organise daily workloads to meet project deadlines.
• Carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping, including paving, fencing, decking, turfing, planting, and groundworks.
• Read and interpret landscaping plans and specifications.
• Ensure workmanship and safety standards are met.
• Train and support junior team members.
