Job summary

Lead Careers Ltd is recruiting a Senior Landscape Architect for a Newcastle-based role with a multidisciplinary consultancy. The position requires Chartered LI status, a Landscape Architecture degree, and a minimum of five years' experience across landscape planning and design.

You will lead projects, supervise junior staff, and contribute to masterplanning, LVIA, and design detailing using Adobe Creative Suite and CAD tools. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in Landscape Architecture
• 5 years’ experience
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
• Experience in both Landscape Planning & Landscape Design
• Ability to manage your own projects
• Experience of concept design and detailed landscape design
• Experience of masterplanning would be advantageous
• Experience in LVIA is desirable
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software
• Vectorworks, LSS, Lumion and GIS experience would be desirable
• Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication skills
• Ability to supervise junior staff
• Full UK driving licence and vehicle

Role - Senior Landscape Architect

Location - Newcastle

Salary - £38K- £45K

We are working with a multidisciplinary consulting who due to expansion are now looking for a Senior Landscape Architect. They are a well-established practice who´s multi-disciplinary expertise includes masterplanning, environmental assessment, landscape design, urban design, ecology, arboriculture and architecture.

SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Landscape Architecture
• 5 years’ experience
• A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
• Experience in both Landscape Planning & Landscape Design
• The ability to manage your own projects
• Experience of concept design and detailed landscape design
