Job summary

Lead Careers is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect for a Wiltshire studio. The role requires Chartered LI status, a postgraduate degree in landscape architecture, and 5+ years' experience.

You will manage projects, present to clients, and work within a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid working setup. You will contribute to planning and urban design projects across the UK, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Chartered LI (CMLI) status is required.
• Postgraduate degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry.
• Knowledge of the UK Planning process and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape projects both independently and in a team.
• Present design work to new and existing clients.
• Prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks to deadlines.

Role - Senior Landscape Architect

Salary - DOE

Location - Wiltshire

We are working with a well-established Multidisciplinary Consultancy who are recruiting for a Senior Landscape Architect in their Wiltshire studio. They they are a team of Landscape Architects, Chartered Town Planners, Surveyors and Urban Designers. They deliver well informed advice to their large portfolio of clients across the UK and internationally in the following sectors: Planning, Landscape and Urban Design, Estates and property, Project and Contract Management, Minerals & Waste. The successful candidate will be a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) and ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry.

SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
• A post graduate degree in Landscape Architecture
• Mimum 5 years experience in the industry
• Ability to run projects individually and as part a team
• Ability to prioritise workload and focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Technically competent and able to work to deadlines
• Confident when presenting work to new and existing clients
• Have good knowledge of the UK Planning process & Building Regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
• Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
