Role – Senior Landscape Architect

Location – East Sussex

Salary – 40–43K

Having experienced steady growth, they are looking for a Landscape Architect to join their team, focusing on design rather than landscape planning or LVIA.

The current team consists of 30 professionals, including landscape architects, garden designers, and an architect, with diverse nationalities, fostering a fantastic team atmosphere.

Commuting from London to Brighton can be challenging; applicants should be local to Brighton or nearby. The office is easily accessible via public transport and only 10 minutes from the central station.

In addition to extensive benefits and CPD events, much of their work is city-based, with London salaries offered to all team members.

They have exciting projects in the pipeline, including private and commercial works in the UK and overseas, and are eager to begin interviewing suitable applicants immediately.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Degree and diploma or MA in Landscape Architecture
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
• Excellent graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
• Confidence in presenting work to clients
• Good knowledge of the UK Planning process and Building Regulations
• Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks
• Technical competence and deadline awareness
