Fawkes & Reece Group in the North West are seeking a Land & Planning Manager to join their Land Team. You will work closely with land/technical/commercial/sales to secure land opportunities and drive planning applications for high-quality residential developments.

The role requires a degree in Rural Estate Management or related field, Chartered status with RICS/RTPI is common, and strong negotiation and financial skills with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Rural Estate Management, Real Estate, Property Management or Surveying (or equivalent).
• Chartered status with RICS or RTPI is common.

Aufgaben

• Land Acquisition & Sourcing: identify off-market plots, brownfield sites or strategic land opportunities.
• Negotiation & Deals: negotiate option, promotion or unconditional purchases with landowners, farmers and agents.
• Financial Appraisals: prepare viability studies, risk assessments and cost projections for developments.
• Planning & Due Diligence: work with planning consultants and local authorities to navigate the planning system and assess constraints.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain relations with tenants, landowners, local communities and statutory bodies.
