Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited in Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to support land acquisition and drive planning for residential and mixed-use developments. You will manage planning applications, appeals, S106 negotiations and engage with councils, landowners and consultants.

The role reports to the Land Director and requires strong communication skills, public-facing representation, and a degree in Planning or Surveying with RTPI/RICS desirable.

Qualifications

• Provide planning advice across residential and mixed-use schemes.
• Lead planning applications, appeals, and S106 negotiations.
• Represent the company in planning committees and public forums.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Land, Technical and Strategic teams to deliver opportunities.
• Engage with Local Authorities, landowners, agents and communities.
• Oversee planning budgets and consultant teams.
