Job summary

TDM Recruitment Group is partnering with a privately owned housebuilder to appoint a Senior Land Manager for its Partnerships division, focusing on the East and South Midlands. The role shapes land strategy, leads major deals, and interfaces directly with the Board.

You will source, secure and progress land opportunities, manage stakeholders including landowners, agents, RPs and local authorities, and help deliver affordable housing through s106, grants and RP partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven land manager with a track record in housebuilding or RP development.
• Strong network of landowners and agents in East and/or South Midlands.
• Solid understanding of affordable housing delivery: s106, grants, tenure mixes.
• Excellent negotiation skills with complex deal structures.

Responsibilities

• Source land opportunities and grow the partnerships pipeline.
• Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and present appraisals to Land Committee.
• Manage relationships with RPs, councils, and Homes England.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to progress sites from due diligence to start on site.
