Croudace Homes is seeking an experienced Senior Land Manager to identify, secure and promote high-quality residential development opportunities across our South Thames region. You will manage the full development lifecycle from site identification to planning promotion, acquisition and affordable housing disposal.

Based in Caterham with regional activity, you’ll lead land negotiations, build relationships with landowners and authorities, and guide teams to drive growth while maintaining our

Qualificações

• Proven experience in residential land acquisition and/or strategic land.
• Strong understanding of the planning and development process.
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and deal-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Confident, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently whilst supporting the wider team.
• MRICS/MRTPI qualification desirable
• Experience in managing or supervising people desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades

• Identify, appraise and secure strategic land opportunities.
• Prepare and present land, planning and financial appraisals.
• Lead on land negotiations through to acquisition.
• Build strong relationships with landowners, agents, promoters and local authorities.
• Manage consultant teams and planning promotion strategies.
• Negotiate planning obligations and support planning applications.
• Lead on affordable housing disposals to Registered Providers.
