SSEN Transmission is seeking an experienced Senior Land Manager to lead land and property activities for major Scottish infrastructure projects. You will secure rights, manage land assembly strategies, and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to support statutory applications and project delivery.

You will engage with landowners and authorities, using negotiated agreements and where needed statutory powers to achieve practical outcomes that support Scotland’s energy future.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Scottish landownership and experience with complex land and property matters.
• In-depth knowledge of land and property rights, including wayleaves and servitudes.
• Understanding of relevant legislation (Electricity Act 1989, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the land and property activity for major infrastructure projects to secure rights for delivery.
• Develop land assembly strategies using negotiated agreements and statutory powers where required.
• Lead engagement and negotiations with landowners, tenants and representatives to achieve fair outcomes.
• Coordinate land referencing, property data and inputs from multiple disciplines for statutory applications.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including authorities and government bodies.
