Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting a Senior Land & Estates Surveyor in Glasgow to manage a diverse renewable energy land portfolio. You will secure land rights from inception to completion and work with project teams across development, construction and operations.

The role emphasizes negotiation, due diligence, data management in LMS/Power BI, and ensuring compliance with contracts while mentoring team members. Hybrid working and UK travel are included.

Qualifications

• MRICS membership and a degree in a land-related discipline are essential.
• Proven estates management and acquisition surveying experience is required.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of renewable energy projects and provide professional land services.
• Coordinate negotiations on Heads of Terms and land rights documents with landowners.
• Conduct land rights valuations and provide guidance on compulsory purchase processes.
