Job summary

Crest Nicholson is seeking an experienced Land Director to lead the Land department across the South Division, steering land purchase activity to secure high-quality development locations. You will oversee evaluation and acquisition processes and work with the Planning team to secure timely consents in line with division targets.

• Extensive experience leading land acquisition in residential development.
• Proven procurement success for land and sites.
• Strong leadership and ability to galvanise teams.
• Excellent network with land agents and local authorities.
• Solid understanding of planning processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Land department to identify, evaluate and secure land/sites.
• Collaborate with Partnerships & Strategic Land to secure options and s106 receipts.
• Ensure land purchases meet financial KPI targets and deliver value.
• Grow and maintain a strong land bank across the division.
