Job summary

Crest Nicholson’s South Division seeks a Land Director to lead the Land department, overseeing land purchases and ensuring targets are met for quality development locations across the division. You will drive acquisition strategy and manage the team responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing short-term land for residential development.

Qualifications

• Senior land leadership experience in residential development.
• Strong procurement track record.
• Extensive network of land agents and local authorities.
• Understanding of land purchase processes and planning regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Land department to achieve land targets.
• Coordinate with Planning team to secure timely planning consents.
• Collaborate with Partnerships & Strategic Land to secure options and s106 receipts.
