Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Senior Technologist to support the development of next-generation vaping products through formulation, manufacture and evaluation of e-liquid products. The role focuses on laboratory-based development, data analysis, and rigorous quality and safety standards.

You will prepare formulations, produce small-scale batches, record data accurately, and work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation while maintaining compliance and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience with sampling, testing and analysis.
• Experience with small-scale batch manufacturing in a lab setting.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience maintaining accurate experimental records and technical documentation.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manufacture e-liquid formulations to support product innovation.
• Produce laboratory-scale batches and maintain manufacturing records.
• Plan and manage multiple formulation requests to meet project timelines.
• Perform quality testing and analytical assessments using standard techniques.
• Analyze data and summarise results to support decisions and approvals.
• Collaborate with scientists, product developers and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Maintain high standards of laboratory safety, quality and compliance.
• Handle raw materials including hazardous substances per regulations.
