Job summary

ISQ Recruitment is seeking an Advanced Laboratory Technician to join a medical device product development team in West Norfolk. You will develop laboratory methods, evaluate prototypes and formulations, and generate the data needed to support product development.

Candidates with stronger analytical chemistry or inhalation product experience may broaden the remit, taking ownership of methods, workstreams and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytical, pharmaceutical, medical device or product development lab.
• Involvement in method development, optimisation or validation.
• Comfort with data analysis and investigating unusual results.
• Experience producing laboratory reports or controlled docs.
• Ability to own assigned experiments and testing activities.
• Inhalation product testing or aerosol characterisation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and document laboratory and analytical test methods.
• Evaluate device prototypes and formulations using analytical and physical test equipment.
• Generate, analyse and interpret experimental data.
• Investigate unexpected results and product performance issues.
• Support aerosol characterisation and inhalation product testing.
• Prepare laboratory reports and technical documentation.
