Job summary

A leading diagnostics manufacturer is seeking a Medical Field Service Engineer to provide installation, service, and calibration of advanced laboratory diagnostics systems across various NHS laboratories in the Enfield area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering, preferably with experience in high-value capital equipment. Qualifications

• Competent background in high-value capital equipment environments.
• Experience in medical, laboratory or scientific sectors preferred.
• Experience with Ex Armed Forces systems (REME, Navy, RAF) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for service, installation, and repair of medical diagnostics systems.
• Support systems in NHS laboratories and clinical chemistry environments.
• Calibrate sophisticated laboratory diagnostics systems at hospital sites.
