Qualifications

• Strong Kotlin backend experience.
• Experience with XP practices: mob programming, refactoring, test-first development.
• Cloud experience in CARE Cloud / GCP (GKE/Cloud Run, Artifact Registry, Cloud Logging, Key Management).
• CI/CD and SDLC in regulated/enterprise environments.
• Comfortable operating in production systems with high availability and correctness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and evolve backend services for a cloud-hosted platform.
• Work in mobs with shared design and code ownership.
• Support the platform in production, using incidents to improve resilience.
