Bocca di Lupo in Soho, London, is seeking experienced Kitchen Porters to join a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You will be part of a strong brigade, responsible for cleanliness, pot wash, waste management and supporting chefs during service.

We welcome KP Supervisors or Senior KPs; must be available full-time (5 days a week). Competitive hourly rate £13.47–£14.33, with dining discount and health & wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional restaurant kitchen is essential.
• Able to work full-time hours, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen and chefs during service.
• Pot wash and maintain cleanliness across all kitchen areas.
• Manage waste and recycling correctly.
• Ensure health & safety and food hygiene standards are followed at all times.
