Bocca di Lupo Restaurant in London’s Soho is hiring an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our busy, high-energy kitchen. You will support chefs, handle pot wash, and help maintain cleanliness and safety during service.

We value reliability and pride in a clean, well-organised kitchen. The role offers full-time hours across five days, with competitive hourly pay (£13.47–£14.33), dining discounts, birthday meal, pension, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional restaurant kitchen.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Experience as KP supervisor/head KP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the kitchen and chef team during service
• Pot wash and maintaining cleanliness across all kitchen areas
• Managing waste and recycling correctly
• Ensuring health & safety and food hygiene standards are followed at all times
