Connect Central in Swansea is seeking an experienced Joiner to lead retail refurbishment and fit-out projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires reading drawings, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to oversee health, safety, and quality across fast-paced commercial sites. Immediate start available with a competitive project-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Joiner on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

About the Role:

Working on fast-paced commercial sites, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
